Are you available to be at CAMP from Wednesday May 17th (8:00 am) until Sunday May 21st (5:00pm)? *

CAMP Counselors head up to Big Bear a day and a half before participants arrive. During this time we run through orientation and do our own team building to make sure everyone is pumped up for the start of the event!

What previous leadership, mentor activites, or hands-on workshops have you led? *

Are you quick on your feet? Things are going south, quick, and your cabin needs a boost in morale! Give an example of a spur of the moment activity you would come up with to give your group an attitude boost. *

What is the most exciting thing you did over the past year? *

If you could have 3 people to work with you at CAMP, dead or alive, fictional or fantasy, who would you chose and why? *

Say someone is shy and not settling in, how would you get them to step outside of their comfort zone and join the group? *

At CAMP everyone is over 21, and you will no doubt have people in your cabin that are older than you. Your group needs to feel like you are in charge and that you are their leader. How will you achieve this if some of your campers are 10 or 20 years older than you? *

As a CAMP Counselor I understand that in exchange for my time as a counselor I get to come to CAMP for free. In addition, transportation between Los Angeles and Big Bear, room and board, and all programming while at CAMP is included. *
